Australia victorious-India losing grip over the Trophy

The Border-Gavskar Trophy has been in possession of India ever since the test series between these two teams took place in India in 2009. But at Day 4 of the 2nd Test in Sydney, the Indian team faced defeat and with this loss they have less chance to retain that title in this series.
The Australian team have improved greatly since their loss to New Zealand. On the other hand, Indian performance seem to be deteriorating. Their batting performance has not been much of praise during this series with most of their top batsman not being able to even reach the double figures.
Day 4 of the match, Indian team tried to make some improvements in their performance. Though the Indian batsman put up a fight today, it was not enough to bring them a victory. They tried to hang on but Australian bowlers were able to dispose them. Hilfenhaus was exceptional at bowling as he claimed 5 wickets.
Only two matches are left to be played in this 4 match test series. Australia leads the series 2-0. The 3rd Test will take place in Perth from Jan 13-17.
